The Pikes Peak Regional Development Center is the Development and Permit Center for the Pikes Peak Region. The goal of a “One Stop” Regional Development Center is to enhance and expedite services provided to the residents as well as the Building and Development community of the City of Colorado Springs and El Paso County.

The project creates not only a multipurpose office environment, but also provides facilities and support spaces to augment the services the existing areas cannot provide, such as a community area for hearings and appeals.

It was the first LEED certified building in the city of Colorado Springs.
